Blessing of Provision

When I hear the word “provision”,  I immediately think financial.  However, God provides in so many ways beyond.  Here are a few(quickly off the top of my head).

The Lord provides:

• love
• grace
• mercy
• forgiveness
• hope
• strength
• healing
• companionship
• and so many more…

And my God will meet all your needs according to his glorious riches in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:13

Trying to come up with a layout this month was tough again. I mean there are so many ways God provides, yet I knew I needed to think of this month in particular. What did God want me to learn? In April, the Lord provided strength.

April, a month of emotional highs and lows. Up when my niece, Taylor, gave her life to the Lord in baptism. Up and down with friends health. And down with my various insecurity issues. Although I feel vulnerable and very weak, the Lord has provided me with the strength to get through. Battling with my insecurities. I’m reminded of the verse in Proverbs “She is clothed with strength and dignity. ” The second half of the verse “she can laugh at the days to come”. I’m still working on. Right now when insecurity rears its ugly head, I try to say “It is okay. I’m completely clothed.” -trying to remember how well covered I am by God.
